I don't have arthritis in my fingers but do have short fingernails
and those pills individually sealed are next to impossible to get out
of the package. I have to use the tip of a paring knife to cut the
foil and even then, the pill is wedged in the cardboard someway that
makes it difficult to pull out.

I guess manufacturers package them this way to keep kids from getting
them....but they may be the only ones who CAN get them out!
