We went to two of the Memorial Day services here in town. They were to have a
fly over with the missing man formation but the skys were overcast and the F
18's could not fly over. But they did have taps and a 21 gun sulute. On the
outskirts of the memorial service that was at the cemetary there was an
gentleman with his army hat on. He was a homeless gentleman. He is one of our victims
of the war. They have forgotten him. I saw a tear roll down his face as taps
were played. I wished I had gone up and hugged him. I lost my fiance due to
being shot down in his F 4. In the VietNam War. God Bless all of our soldiers
present and in the past. Margaret in Colorado
