Donna -

I looked but didn't see a pie crust recipe. I was just curious. I still
use my Grandma's recipe - which is still awesome. She made some of the most
spectacular pies around.

For those whose pie crusts don't consistently turn out nice and flaky - just
add a tad extra shortening and use ice water. The real secret is to add
only half the allotted amount of water - and then add a little bit more at a
time ( I usually flick water off my fingertips.) JUST until the dough holds
together. I rarely use as much water as the recipe calls for - and often I
use little more than half. It all depends on the humidity in your kitchen.
