Our rhubarb (only one plant) is going crazy as well. Saturday night I made
two strawberry-rhubarb pies - and have less than half of one left. My son's
best friend was over and had his first ever sample of this dessert. He said
it was the best ever. Funny how many people have never had rhubarb pie. I
really like adding the strawberry to it. It is soooo good.
