I am sending this query for a friend who says .....

"I am looking for the birth and death date of my great-grandfather Thomas H.
Ritchie.  He was listed in the 1860 and 1870 census when he was married.  His
first wife was Elizabeth Parker whom he married  May 24, 1842.  His second
wife was Octavia Ward whom he married on July 12, 1864.  His surname was
misspelled in both of the census' above.  It was under Richie.  He had a ton of kids. 
His age was listed as 40 in the 1860 census, 52 in the 1870 census, and 64 in
the 1880 census.  I would guess his birth date to be about 1820 plus or minus
a few years. 

Before 1860 and after 1880 I cannot find him anywhere.  On all three census
he was located in Snow Hill, MD area either in Somerset or Worcester counties."

Does anyone connect to these Ritches?

Perhaps someone knows where they are buried?

Any help would be appreciated greatly.
