I am new to this list and need some help. My grandparent's eloped to Elkton way back when..........a date has been given to me in the past week that just might be their marriage date and I hoping someone in the Elkton area could check it out for me.

Their names were Albert Neff and Caroline Herzog both from Philadelphia, Pa. and the date given me was 12 Apr 1914.
