I am doing research on my McCracken line and trying to update my
information. I am a descendant of Joseph Richmond McCracken and Isabelle
Thompson McCracken. I am from their daughter, Sarah [Sallie] McCracken Pace
who married John Pace. Sallie was born in Tennessee and moved to north Texas
with her husband, John Pace and children. Their daughter, Lenny Pace Lemmon
was my GG Grandmother. I have a list of about 11 children of Joseph Richmond
McCracken and wife Isabelle. I am trying to get information on each child's
families. I have the children listed as: Marion McCracken, female; Sarah
McCracken Pace; Isabelle M McCracken Sanford; Elizabeth M. McCracken Hall;
Ann Adeline McCracken; Margaret Minerva McCracken Bell; Cynthia Caroline
McCracken Gum; Mary Emalina McCracken Pace; Joseph Thompson McCracken who
married a Wheeler and then a Kellough; Eliza Ann McCracken Brown; Thomas
McCracken who was deaf and don't know if he ever married or not.
I am interested in the lineage of William Carroll Pace, husband of Mary
Emalina McCracken right now also. I would like to know who their children
were and their birth dates and who they married. I wonder if anyone knows
who this William Carroll Pace's parents and siblings were. I am wondering if
he is related to my John Pace who married Sarah McCracken, sister to Mary
Emaline McCracken Pace. Any help on the descendants of any of these children
of Joseph McCracken and Isabelle would be much appreciated and any pictures
of any of them also. I do not have a picture of my Sarah McCracken Pace or
her daughter, Linny Pace but sure would love to see what they looked like.
