There still may be a Thomas of 1754 in your ancestory. Depending upon the
family records and other records and how accurately people researched their
records.

I have thought for a long time that Thomas McCracken, b. 1754, was the son
of Arthur and Ruth McCracken who came to Charleston on the Chichester on 05
Jan 1868. I thought that Thomas McCracken, b. 1754, was the father of my
g-g-g-grandmother, Ruth McCracken who married Benjamin Darby.

Thomas (Dezern) please straighten me out. Do I have my ancestors all wrong?
