Maybe worth checking but my point was, and so was John Lyon's, is that this
extra 1/5th of land may have passed to that 5th heir through an intestate
probate and kept in the family for years. In fact, it still could be with
the family so it might not necessarily show up in the land records at all
(or at a much later date).
