Online I have found much information on Wm Bozman saying he married once to Bridget who had 2 children and died abt 1660. He married 2nd to Elinor Maddox, widow of Alexander.(m 1655 Northampton, VA) I saw marr date of 15 Feb 1661 for Wm Bozman and Elinor Maddox at Hungar's Parish, N'ton Co, VA and what appears to be a pre-nuptial agreement. HOWEVER, all the children attributed to Elinor and William Bozman have birthdates in the 1650s!!!! And in her will as Elinor Cain (3rd marriage) she leaves her land to Lazarus Maddox and her clothing to her cousin Blandina Risdon Bozman, wife of Elinor's supposed son John. Perhaps a Risdon researcher can help.

Has no one seen this discreptancy in the dates? I suggest that Elinor had no children by William Bozman. But that these children were all by the first wife, or yet another wife?

Can someone figure this out?
