After sending out my open offer yesterday, I've gotten several very nice
private responses, but mostly from the West Coast or other distant climes, from
which I'm in little danger of having to make good ... Anyway, thanks to all for
the kind words.

Seriously, though, the offer is open to anyone closer than the Pacific rim
who might want to take me up on it. Everybody needs help, and I'm always happy
to take it where I find it and give it when I can. We all share an interest
in the same area, and I almost always learn something from those I'm helping.
This is nothing more than playing a win-win game. I'm more practical than
noble!
