I too am experiencing the same sort of delima. I have a father, William H.
and a mother Margaret F. Quillin. I have never found anything to indicate
what William's middle name was, nor, Margaret's maiden name. However, one of
the five sons was named, Richard Henry Franklin Quillin. It makes me wonder
if Henry was William's middle name, and Franklin was Margaret's maiden name.
I have also seen William's middle initial as H. and F., but never togetherI .
My second choice would be that William's middle name/names could have been
Henry Franklin. I would love to hear others opinions. This one has me
baffled.
