I am re-posting this as a suggestion from a list member without using
abbreviations because of rootsweb 'archives' search engine queries.

Trying to find info on this family of Calaway famiy or spelling
variation there of.

They were first located in Fork District area of Dorchester County by me
in 1850. * Please note that the ages of these children and especially
the wife vary greatly from one census year to the next.

according to a Family Bible recently located)

1860 Dorchester County census....There are either two households with
exactly the same children and parents or this household was somehow
counted twice and different people gave the info (ages and variations on
names) each time.

Here's what else i have located.
DAVID W. JONES m; EMILY V. CALLAWAY 29 Dec 1863 she either died or went
by another name later on as he is listed with wife of MARY E. - David
W. Jones is brother to Benjamin Jones

BENJAMIN JONES m; LAURY I.C. Calaway on Apr 26 1866.

ANDREW J. CALLAWAY 23 w s Farmer m; NANCY COLBOURN 20 w s on 11 Jan 1876

THOMAS J. CALLAWAY m; Mrs. Hattie R. Wright 26 Feb 1894

ANDREW J. CALLAWAY laters marries an ELIZA J.

Looking at census records also i find that the ones i can find are
located close by or next to households or in same district as the Jones
brother's and their chidren after they marry. i.e. Isaiah Jones who
married Lena Hurlock.

Has anyone researched this particular family or have any info on them?

What you see above is about all i've found other than a few tombstones
in Cokesbury Cemetery for Andrew and some of his children and/or wives.
and For my GG GM LAURA CALLAWAY.

ANY help on this is greatly appreciated.
