Hi List Members,
Perhaps you can help me find out who were the parents of Cothington Windsor Dickerson (b Dec 23, 1816 d Jun 4, 1903). He lived in the Laurel De. to Sharptown Md. area. He married Elizabeth Jane Rider on Feb 9, 1850. She was born Feb 29, 1822 died July 7, 1878. They had as children;
1)Marias Jasper Dickerson b Jan 1851, married Mary Emily Resa Phillips
2)Margaret Ellen Dickerson b June 7, 1853, married James H. C. Morris
3) Levin Norman Dickerson born August 24 1855. married Levica Anne Owens
4) George Samuel Dickerson born March 13, 1857, Delila E. Henry
5) Frazier A. Dickerson born June 11, 1859, married Opecheo Volvino Ellis
6) Patience Gazette Dickerson born Aug 26 1861, married Joseph Daniel Elliott
7) Fannie Jane Jackson Dickerson born July 12 1863, married Philetus Harvey Wootten
8) Gerona D. Dickerson born 1867
After his wife died he married a second time on Dec 4 1880 to Ordilla Walker (Mar 17, 1835 to Dec 2, 1885)

a second Dickerson family I am trying for information on is;
Ezekil W. Dickerson (born about 1810). Ezekil was first married to an Elizabeth and they lived in the Baltimore Hundreds. His home was very close to the Maryland/Delaware State line near Fenwick Island, Delaware. His offspring's were James, Willas, Ezekiel, Sarah, and Charles. By 1870 he had married a second time to Mary A McNeal and lived in Worcester County Maryland by Bishopville, Maryland. Ezekiel and Mary had a child named Ella (born about 1870) who married a McCabe and moved to PA. In 1870 James was still in Baltimore Hundreds but I have been unable to find where Willas, Ezekiel, Sarah and Charles were in 1870. I am interested in the parents of Ezekil W. Dickerson and any information on his parents.
