Subject: Briddell - Howard marriages

Hi List:

Here's an annual question. Hopefully some day information may turn up. I am
looking information on the families of the following Howard women who married
into my Briddell family in the last half of the 19th century.

Eleanor D. 'Ellen' Howard (abt.1840-abt.1879) married 1st John J. Briddell
(abt.1835-bef.1867), and 2nd his brother David Henry (or Henry David)
Briddell (1841-1913)

Her sister Anne Elizabeth Howard (b. abt.1845) married 1st John Wesley
Johnson, 2nd Joshua Jenkins Briddell, Jr. (John and David Henry's brother)
(1843-1895)

Elizabeth A. 'Lizzie' Howard (related to Anne & Ellen?) (1851-1912) married
1st John Powell, 2nd Oliver R. 'Ollie' Briddell (1849-1923), the youngest
brother

Ellen & Anne were the daughters of George Howard and Nancy Dryden, daughter
of James Dryden.
