My line that I know of starts in England with John, born 1604, then Henry
Mathew, John (born New Kent Co. VA 1651), William, John, William, James B.,
Shadrack, James H., Sidney Phillip, Ian Clay and me.

Were the ones you speak of - did their descendants become Mormons? I don't
know of any connection if so, but there may be.
