Hello

Please can sks help. I am trying to trace the ELLIOTT family. I am
especially interested in the Parents of John William ELLIOTT.
John William born abt 1823 and married Sarah Ann TRASK 20/4/1845 he died
1876.
John and Sarah had 8 children to my knowledge
William b abt 1846
Thomas Edward b abt 1849
George b abt 1851
James b abt 1857
Sarah b abt 1859
Annie b abt 1859
Henry Ambrose b abt 1863
Harriet b abt 1865.

On the copy of John Williams mariage certificate it lists the father as
Philip ELLIOTT but I can not find any reference to him in the 1861 census or LDS
site except for a marriage 7/8/1804 to Sarah Jolliffe. I am not convinced this
is the right person so any information on 1851 or 1841 census or other
records would be greatly appreciated as would any further information on any other
family members.
