Hi Peter,
Having decided that my 3 Sarah Whittingtons are one and the same person
with 3 different fathers ( Charles DOWNER, James WHITTINGTON and Isaac
WHITTINGTON ) perhaps "adoption" was commonplace but it really makes family
history research pretty difficult.
