This obit was published in Long Beach Press Telegram (CA) on 2/27/01. Hope it

KOVE, Virginia Klein, 90. Was born January 6, 1911 in Oelwein, Iowa and came
to San Pedro when she was 13 in 1928. She lived in the same family home on
Ellery Drive for 60 years, graduated from San Pedro High School and UCLA
earning a degree in Education. As a teacher, she was a very active member of
various organizations such as the Women's Club, Garden Club, Friday Morning
Club, Seniors at Peck Park, Better Breathers and was a founding member of
Temple Beth-El. She was predeceased by her husband Reuben, who was a 33rd
degree Mason. She is survived by her children, Joseph (Marilyn) KOVE of
Tarzana, Susan (Gary) DUCK of Los Angeles and Julie(Alan London)KOVE of
Crestone, CO. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Gregory, Mitchell
and Danielle KOVE; Stephen and Brian DUCK, Seth and Johann KOVE-LINDEN. A
memorial Service will be held on Friday, March 2, 2001, 1:00 P.M. at Green
Hills Memorial Chapel (310) 831-0311). In lieu of flowers, donations may be
made in Virginia's memory to a favorite charity. (My note:) I notice the
difference in spelling Linden/London but thats the way it is in the paper.
Good example of why we can't find the person we are looking for unless we use
our imagination and forget spell check. <grin>
