My Grandfather Alfred Howard Howen was born on 7 Feb 1901, in Hawarden Iowa,His parents names were Albert & Anna (RENKIN) HOWEN, Afred had 4 brothers Howard, William or Bill, John,Herb or Herbert,& 1 sister named Helen. Albert HOWEN had 4 brothers Cornelius,George, Herbert, & Henry HOWEN, & 2 sisters named Mary (HOWEN)SMITH, & Fannie(HOWEN)SMITH. Albert HOWEN was born about 1862 place unknown, Anna RENKIN was born about 1871 place unknown, they were married in about 1890 place unknown.I am also not sure of the name RENKIN. Anna RENKIN had 5 brothers Henry, Herman, Garret, Dick,& John, She also had 4 sisters named Margaret(RENKIN) HARTMAN,Sophie,Tina &Hannah. Albert HOWENs Fathers name was Riner, Reiner, or Rhinehard HOWEN, or HAVEN maybe. He was born in Germany. Any info on any of these
people or families would help.
