If someone wants to they can get your birth certificate wheather its legal
or not i for one feel that the likely hood of someone stealing your
identity via a birth certificate is small enough that it does not warrant
sealing all birth records for the past 95 years anyway why not just limit
the ability to obtain the birth certificate of living folks unless you
can prove you have a legitimate buisness with it and that would include
geneology you should be able to get grandmas birth certificate even though
she may only be 80 Pat Perkins
