MONROE COURT DOCKET DRAWN FOR SEPTEMBER
Davidson Death Case Set For Trial On Sept. 18

A heavy docket for the September term of Monroe circuit court has been
adopted by Judge Donald A. Rogers. The term opens September 4, and closes
October 15.

Chief criminal cases are those of the State vs. John Davidson, charged with
involuntary manslaughter for the alcoholic death of his son, age 7, set for
September 18; the State vs. Delbert Gillaspy, charged with robbery and
burglary, September 6; and the Barrett and Chambers statutory cases,
September 11.
