FUNERAL OF WM. LEWIS

The funeral of Wm. Lewis was held at the A.M.E. Church this afternoon and the large attendance testified to the high esteem in which he was held by his many friends. Mr. Lewis was taken sick while on duty as chef on a dining car, and returned to Chicago at the home of Mr. and Mrs. D.K. Miers, where he died Sunday morning.
