TO ASK PAROLE FOR TOBE SNODDY
Sick in the Michigan City Prison
A second effort is being made to get a parole for Tobe Snoddy who is in
Michigan City serving a 2-14 year sentence for whitecapping Harvey McFarland
and who is reported in ill health. The request was signed by scores this
afternoon. It is to be presented to Gov. Ralston about April 15th.
Tobe Snoddy has suffered an attack of gripp. His work in prison is on a
sandpapering machine, and he writes that the prison officials are very
considerate. Silas Adams, who went to prison at the same time, is in good
health and has charge of a planer in the stone mill department.
