Randi and interested listers,
What I made a copy of is pages 22 through 29 of a typewritten document
"Genealogy - Dunn Family" by Undine Dunn. This was the portion of the
document which dealt with the Brewster and Alexander families while in
Virginia, Kentucky Land Grants, "The Dunn family in the eighteenth century
-- a composite story" and Beck Chapel and Dunn Family Graveyard. I had no
idea that the IU Library would discard this item or I certainly would have
made a complete copy. I will be happy to share the portion of the
manuscript I have with anyone who is interested. It contains in addition to
the text some hand drawn maps -- one of part of old Augusta County VA, one
of the Kentucky counties in the late 1700s and one showing the family
movement from Kentucky to Indiana.
We will contact Owen County to see if this may be the same document.

I know of several families working the Dunn line of Monroe County, and it
would be helpful if we could track down a copy of the original manuscript to
which you refer below for the Monroe County Historical Society. Do you
think that all 30 pages of the manuscript were read at the bridge
dedication??
You can write to the Owen County Historical Society at PO box 569, Spencer
IN 47460, to request a copy of the newsletter. The publisher is Vivian
Zollinger. Her e-mail is . Maybe she knows about the
30-page manuscript.
Keep us up to date on your findings.
