Post Office Order

An order has been made which discontinues the 4o’clock delivery of mail to business houses until Oct. 1st, when this service is to be again resumed. However, Business men can send to the post office and secure their mail. This order is to reduce general expenses and is being enforced over the country. It is made necessary because congress failed the appropriate enough money to pay for such extra service.
