Judge Dillon Dead After A Fine Career

Become State Senator, Comgressman And Supreme Court Judge
Charles Hall Dillon, a native of Bloomington, a graduate from I.U. in 1874, for nearly half a century one of the leading jurists and lawyers of South Dakota, who served several terms in congress and who ended his political career as a supreme court judge, was buried Tuesday at Yankton, S.D. Judge Dillon is survived by three sisters, all living in Indiana Dr. Flora Dillon Dyne, east 7th street, and Mrs. Henry Steele, west 3rd street, Bloomington, and Mrs. D.M. Boyle of Lafayette. Mr. and Mrs. D.A. Dyne attended the funeral at Yankton and have new arrived back in Bloomington. (continued on Page 4)
