Paternal Love Shown By Father In Divorce Case

Having his children taken care of to their best advantage is the rather unusual clause inserted in the divorce suit of Samuel B. Stehle against Ella Stehle, filed late Saturday afternoon in circuit court. The plaintiff charges his wife with throwing his clothing out of the house and of association with men of bad repute. The couple was married in May, 1909, separated in the same month, 1929, and have three children, Orville, 19, Clarence, 16, and Mabel, 15. Since April, 1929, the family has been living at 411 north College avenue. James B. Wilson is attorney for the plaintiff.

Ivory Kelly, through his attorney, James B. Wilson has filed a suit for divorce from Mac Kelly, charging her with being unmindful of the home, unclean, abusive, and unwilling to cook for him. They were married in March, 1925 and separated in June, 1929. The one child, Margaret Elizabeth, 3, us with him now and he asks for the custody of her. They have been living at 611 west Second street.
