Bloomington not behind in any of the enterprises, has quite an extensive cigar manufactury, that is owned by George Seiner and located over Rhorers store. Mr. Seiner is the maker of the Charm, that is becoming quite a favorite, and also makes other brands. He located here in May last and since has been turning out an average of two thousand a day.
