I know the INMONROE list is set up to have all replies sent to the list. However, I think there is a setting in Outlook Express that may overide the list setting. Therefore, those who have a setting for "reply to" in their e-mail configuration and post to the list have all replies returned to the person and not the list.

This may be confusing. And, I'm not sure this is the problem. But, I'm trying to help someone who has this problem.

To test, will someone please "reply" (do not use "reply all") to this post and see if the "To" field has just my e-mail address or the INMONROE mail address and let me know?
