TO GUARD THE DRINKING FOUNTAIN

Hereafter the beautiful drinking fountain, in memory of Mrs. John H.
Louden, on the southwest corner of the square, will be guarded so that
there will be no hitching or loafing about. Also the drinking cups and
some other broken parts are to be replaced at a cost of about $25. Such
was the order of the city council last night.
