Going to its cot to kiss his little baby girl goodbye before starting for
his day's work this morning, Thelma, the five-months-old daughter of Mr.
and Mrs. Daniel Smith of Hensonburg was found dead in bed. The little
child had not been ill and seemed to be as well as usual when put to bed
last night. Coroner Moser was called and found that death was caused by
suffocation. The child had always been well and seemed healthy and was
quite attractive.
