The county commissioners are in session to-day, having been called together for the purpose of running the dividing lines about the new poor farm, as it is necessary to build some fences. The new building for the farm will not be erected until next spring. The final estimate of the masonry on the Kirkwood Avenue bridge was also accepted. W. T. Hines, the contractor, has done an excellent piece of work for his bridge. The iron work will be completed in a few days.
