About 1 o'clock last Sunday morning John Waldron's kitchen and dining room
in a rear building separated from his residence was almost destroyed by
fire. The adjacent tannery sheds had a narrow escape. The fire originated
in Berryman's stable across the alley. This is the third fire Berryman has
had at his present quarters, but none of them very damaging.
