Two new Republicans were added to the Third Ward this week, a boy at the
house of Joe Allen and another at the house of Frank Sharp. These, with
the Democratic baby at George Bollenbacher's house, leaves a Republican
gain of one. It is rumored, however, that there will be a tie before a
great while.
