Tina,

I have come across material in the unpublished notes of John Stutesman who
published the book SAMUEL AND ELIZABETH (SLOAN) SNODDY referencing Adam
Sherrill who lived in Virginia who was an uncle to John Perkins. John
Perkins who lived in Sportsylvania, Virginia, and Iredell County, North
Carolina, had a daughter named Sarah who married Thomas Snoddy. Several
members of Snoddy's family moved to Bourbon County, Kentucky, and then to
Monroe County, Indiana. Do you suppose the Sherrills that ended up in
Monroe County were connected to this Adam Sherrill. If so, there must have
been a bunch of the Presbyterians, who included the Sherrills and Snoddys,
who moved together from Virginia to Indiana.
