The sad and untimely death of Mrs. Dwight Dill, wife of the well known coal
dealer, occurred this morning at 11:30 at the home of her sister, Mrs. G.
M. Whitaker on West 6th Street. Mrs. Dill has been an invalid for a year,
and for the past three weeks has suffered immensely with blood poisoning
which caused her death.

The husband and two children, Alice ,aged three and Dorothy, aged 2, are
deprived of a wife and mother. She leaves her parentss, Mr. and Mrs.Robert
T. Davis of Martinsville, one brother, William Davis of Houston, Texas, and
her sister, Mrs. Whitaker, to mourn her untimely departure. Mrs. Dill was
22 years old and was married in 1904.

The funeral is tomorrow at 2 o'clock at the Whitaker home in charge of Rev.
Collins and Rev. Clark, with burial at Rose Hill.
