Norma,
I'm a little behind on my filing so I couldn't say without a doubt that I
have not put all the 1891 newspaper items of genealogical interest and
significance on the INMONRE list, but I don't think I have. I went into
my personal INMONROE archives and searched for a Andrew Axsom with no
hits. I also want to note that I don't usually put marriage license or
marriage information from the newspapers on the INMONROE list (unless they
are unusual in some manner or one of the two contracting parties is from
out of town) because published Monroe County marriage record indices are
far superior, for the most part, to the information that appears in the
paper and, furthermore, I don't like to duplicate effort.
If you need something specific, you might contact the Monroe County
Historical Society at 812-355-5588 or the Monroe County Public Library at
812-349-3080.
Good luck.
Randi
