Last Will and Testament

I, William T. Smyth, being of sound and disposing mind and believing in the
laws of a Divine and all-merciful God, do hereby make and publish this my
last will and testament, hereby revoking all other wills heretofore made by me.

First--I give and bequeath to my beloved wife, Mary Smyth, all my personal
property including household goods and furniture except one rocking chair
and one picture.

Second--To my son, John Smyth, I give and bequeath one oak rocking chair
with cane seat and one picture, a likeness of myself, framed and haning
upon the wall.

Third--I do hereby appoint my beloved wife, Mary Smyth, the executrix of
this my last will and testament.

Signed and sealed in the presence of my two witnesses, Donna Brown and
Louis Williams, this the 7th day of May in the year of our Lord, nineteen
hundred and seventeen.
