LEWIS HOUGH FELL DEAD

While seated in a chair at his home three and one half miles north of Dolan
at eight o'clock this morning, Lewis Hough, a son of former Sheriff Benton
Hough, fell dead to the floor. Mrs. Hough was attending to feeding the
cattle at the barn and was notified by one of her children that Mr. Hough
had fallen to the floor. He had been suffering from heart trouble for the
past fifteen years but was able to be about most of the time. He was 28
years old and was married to Ada Lentz. He is survived by the widow and
three children, the oldest nine years and the youngest six weeks old.

Coroner Kentling was called from Smithville to view the body and make out
the necessary burial permit.

Funeral at 1:30 Friday at Bethel Church.
