Im sorry to do this but I live in Florida and I don't know what else to do. Im sorry if I am going to make anyone mad by this but I am desperate. My nephew is in the lawrence county jail in spencer. He is an 18 who has been falsely arrested for burglary. The police are railroading him and they have no evidence to support their arrest of him, but they don't care. They have treated him horribly and my sister needs your help in getting the media and the proper authorities such as the governor and senators and such involved to investigate this. I have suggested that she organise a candle light vigil in front of the police station and the prosecutors office and to have the media cover it. Here's where you come in. Please contact her at 812-876-8611 to offer your support and attendance at this vigil if she decides to hold it. I would come there myself to help her but Im can not afford the cost to get up there. I am begging you all to help us with this. My nephew is a good person a!
nd is innocent and we know this to be a fact but the police don't care about innocence they only care about pinning this on someone even if they have the wrong person. As we speak my nephew has been incarcerated for 71 days and has still not seen the judge and they went to court yesterday only to find out that the prosecuter would not show up because he is here in Florida for Spring Break! Any assistance you might offer would be so greatly appreciated that words can not express how much. They have given no discovery of evidence because they simply do not have any. My sister is a christian and she has alot of faith but this is killing her . She has had to be hospitalised already because of this. Please Im begging you to help her and my nephew.
