Last Will and Testament of Kate B. Rice

I, Kate B. Rice, a resident of the City of Bloomington, County of Monroe,
State of Indiana, being of sound and disposing mind and memory, do hereby
make, publish and declare this to be my last will and testament, hereby
revoking any and all wills and codicils at any time heretofore made by me.

First: I direct that all of my debts, funeral and testamentary expenses be
paid as soon after my death as may be convenient.

Second: I will and devise all of my clothing unto my beloved sister, Mary
Barrett.

Third: I give, devise and bequeath all that remains of my estate and all
property subject to my disposal by will, including Lot Number Twelve (12)
in Prospect Park, Second Addition to the City of Bloomington, Indiana, to
Bertha Ferguson, my sister-in-law by previous marriage, because of her many
acts of kindness and staying with me and caring for me.

Fourth: I nominate, constitute and appoint said Bertha Ferguson as
executrix of this my last will and testament.

In witness whereof I have hereunto subscribed my name and affixed my seal
this 9th day of July, 1947.
