DEATH OF MRS. KELLEY THRASHER

Mrs. Sarah Elizabeth (Guy) Thrasher, 65 years old, and a widow of Kelley
Thrasher, a well known farmer five miles southwest of the city who died
only five weeks ago, expired at 10:30 Saturday night at the old Thrasher
homestead after an illness of four months. Death was due to general
breakdown and old age.

Mrs. Thrasher is survived by the following children: Mrs. May Burch,
Hopkins, Missouri; Fred of Rupert, Idaho; Mrs. Effie Smith and Charles
Thrasher, Bloomington; and Brooks and Guy, of Maryville, California. Also
the following brothers and sisters (survive): Mrs. Harriet Hazel and David
Guy, this county; Mrs. James Dodd, Wynn, Arkansas; J. N. Guy, Siebert,
Colorado; Mrs. W. C. Renshaw, Turan, Kansas; (and) Mrs. Emma Huff of
Missouri. The deceased was a member of the Christian Church and a woman of
many Christian virtues. Time of the funeral will not be annonced until
later as relatives in Calfiornia started here today and are not expected to
arrive before Friday.
