I, Jackson Lents of the County of Monroe, State of Indiana, do hereby will
and bequeath after my just debts and charges are paid, all my real estate
to my children, to wit: Jonathan Lents; Jackson Lents, Jr.: Levi Lents;
Tilman Howard Lents; Willis Lents; George Lents, William Marion Lents;
Jacob Lents, Mrs. Mary Josephine Payne, each one of said heirs to have a
full and even share.
Item--I will and bequeath to my wife, Jane Lents, a lifetime use and
possession of eighty acres of land situated as per deed of George Metlock
to Jackson Lents and at her decease said land to be evenly divided between
the children aforesaid.
Item--I will and bequeath to omy wife two horses, two cows, one sow and its
pigs, all the household furniture and utensils excepting three beds--said
wife to have first choice of said stock.
Item--The remainder of my personal property I will and bequeath to said
children to be evenly divided between them. If after my just debts and
charges are paid there by any moneys due me, I will and bequeath same to my
wife and children to be evenly divided between them.
