Prize Masquerade Contest

The largest crowd ever in the rink was present last night to witness
Manager Finney's prize masquerade contest. In addition to a large number
of spectators, there were 150 masked skaters on the floor. The room as
tastefully decorated and special music was rendered.

The prizes were awarded as follows: first lady's prize, a pair of skates to
Miss Iris Woodward who was constumed as "The Pride of the West"; second
prize, a season ticket to Mrs. Arthur Bundy as "Topsy." Ovie Umbarger won
the first gentleman's prize as "Happy Holligan," and John T. Sacron, the
second as "Uncle Sam."

The management was more than pleased with the crowd and is preparing to
give the patrons another big surprise the coming week, the exact date to be
anounced later.
