Following marriage of a popular young lady of Bedford, well known here, is
of interest: "Friends in this city have been advised of the marriage of
Jesse G. Ray and Miss Jessie Florence Norton at Louisville where they were
visiting friends. The bridegroom for many years was local agent of the
Southern Indiana Company at this point, but for the last year he has been
in Chicago as commercial agent for the Southern Indiana Coal Company and
the P. M. & B. Stone Company and also as general freight agent for the
Bedford Stone Railroad Company. The bride is a daughter of Mr. and Mrs.
Fred D. Norton. They will reside in Englewood, Ill. The principals have
many friends in Indianpaolis where they are well known."
