My ggrandfather, James Monroe MCCOLLUM was residing with a George W BROWN
in April 1911, at R R 4, Gosport IN., for a short period of time. I
suspect Mr. BROWN may have been a relative, probably through
marriage. James had a sister, Martha MCCOLLUM that I have been unable to
find anywhere. Could she be the wife of George BROWN? I have no
information on James and Martha's mother. If anyone can furnish the maiden
name of George BROWN's wife, or the relationship between him and my
ggrandfather , I would certainly appreciate it.James MCCOLLUM was born
4-15-1841 in SC, so Martha is probably in the 1835-1850 birth date bracket.
