If the WPA could be put in and searched by sir name would be alright but to
have to search the who thing to find a name would be quit a bit to do. I
can look up any name in that index, for anyone in just a few seconds. Does
not seem worth the time to me. I would rather see something that is not
already out there, be put on line...Like the delayed birth records you and I
have discussed or some other record that is harder for those away form
Bloomington to get...
