I, Elizabeth M. Foster of Monroe County in the State of Indiana, being of
sound mind and disposing mind and memory do hereby make and publish this my
last will and testament.
Item One--I will and direct that after my death that my body be decently
buried and that all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid by my
executor hereinafter named.
Item Two--I will and direct that that portion of the farm lying south of
the Bloomington and While Hall Road fall to the share of my son, John F.
Foster, such being the intention of his father when the large barn was built.
Item Three--I will and bequeath all that remains of my property to my two
sons, John F. and Dow B. Foster to by them equally divided share by share
alike, and as to my daugahter, Flora Giles, she has already received part
of her share, but to make her share equal to that of each of my son's
share, they are directed to pay her five hundred dolllars within two years
after my death.
Item Four--I do hereby appoint and nominate John F. and Dow B. Foster
executors of this my last will and testament.
Given under my hand and seal this 25th day of October 1895.
