Richard,

On October 18, 1999, you requested information about a marriage of Stepp
and Nutterfee/Nutterfield in the early 1800s.

A check of the Monroe County Marriage index for 1818-1881 did not reveal
such a marriage. I suggest you check the early Indiana marriage records
(before 1850) available at the Indiana State Library. This source is
available on line, but I don't know the site. Perhaps this marriage
occurred in Indiana but not in Monroe County.
